This 30' Trailer comfortably fits 4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The drop down queen bed in the living room above the dining area conveniently lifts up and out of your living space.
This is a toy hauler, so the back gate can be opened up to let in lots of light!
This trailer is located in the quiet community of Hillhurst, which is a short walk to the heart of Kensington Village and a quick Uber ride down town to the Calgary Stampede. One parking space available directly behind the trailer.
Please note, this trailer is only made available during the Calgary Stampede, as accommodations are scarce and expensive down town during stampede. We, the home owners will be staying in the residence and the trailer is parked in our back yard. Guests will have access to the fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining table, as home owners will not be utilizing the space during stampede. HOWEVER, we do have two dogs that will need to go outside occasionally. A Boston Terrier and Chocolate Lab.
Quiet time bylaw from 11pm to 8am will be strictly enforced.
