3 Bedroom Cottage in Manacor
VT / 2124 In 2007, this cozy country house built for own use was completed. The execution of the work and the design are very loving and done with beautiful materials. The house is located on a hill about 2 km outside of Manacor and offers a very nice view of the city and the surrounding island. Different beaches can be reached in 15 to 30 minutes by car. When entering the house from the main terrace, you go directly to the living / dining area with fireplace from which the open kitchen with pantry opens. A small hallway follows. The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower & bathtub with jacuzzi come from it. At the end of this hallway you come out of the house to another terrace that leads to the pool which is surrounded by 6 deck chairs in summer. Here is the 2nd WC. The equipment with satellite TV, music system and the fully equipped kitchen is very good. The street is only for the few residents: Very QUIET.
