3 Bedroom Cabin in Donner Lake Woods, Truckee

The Payne cabin is 3 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 7. As you walk into this cabin, you enter into the living room. This intimate living area has a wood burning fireplace, is connected to the dining area and remodeled kitchen. Connected to the kitchen is a remodeled bath with a shower only. Connected to the living room is the downstairs bedroom. This room has a king size bed, TV, and Window seat. Upstairs are two rooms that are on either side of the stairs, but being that you cannot totally have privacy between the rooms we are terming it "one" bedroom upstairs. One side has a queen size bed and access to a private deck. One the other side is a kids' room with three twin beds, a TV, and Nintendo game system. It is a summer and winter short term vacation rental only at this time. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental, guests are requested to bring their own. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before arrival: sheets, pillow cases, and towels at a onetime fee of $10 per person. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend.
