Step into this ground-floor condo where convenience meets comfort, as you will find parking just outside your door—no stairs required! Two parking passes are included for your ease. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a lively tiger rug and delightful Auburn-themed decor. To your left, one bedroom awaits, featuring a new King bed along with a futon. The en-suite bathroom is designed for efficiency, offering a vanity and mirror separate from the toilet area, as well as a tiled tub/shower combo. This room also includes a TV, large closet, and dresser to store all your essentials.
The second bedroom comes equipped with two new Queen beds and an equally convenient en-suite bathroom. Blackout curtains guarantee you'll enjoy restful nights during your stay. Relax in the living area, furnished with two recliners and a plush new sofa. A state-of-the-art 65" Roku TV is ready for pre-game entertainment or a cozy movie night. The attached kitchen features a bar counter with three stools and brand-new appliances, perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. Additionally, a full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently situated in the laundry room adjacent to the entryway.
Your access to the unit is seamless thanks to an electronic keypad on the door; your personalized code will be sent to you one hour before check-in.
