It is located in the "historical" part of Civezza. A complete renovation combines the original vaults and stone walls with an exquisite modern architectural design. Three roof top terraces offer breathtaking views and are ideal for outdoor dining. From the ground floor a wide spiral staircase leads to the first floor.
The first floor consists of a dining room, which opens on one side to a living room and on the other side to a modern well-equipped kitchen with its original brick ceiling. The kitchen opens on a small patio and has a separate pantry. A bedroom with a double bed and adjacent bathroom is also available.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms 2 of them each with two single beds (that
can be turned into double beds) and two bathrooms, a master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. A spacious living room with a safa bed for 2 opens on the house's largest terrace where a dining table, an exotic variety of cactuses and a protective veil creates an exclusive and intimate atmosphere
The third floor offers a panoramic terrace with a 360 degree spectacular view of Civezza and the Mediterranean Sea. a second and third terrace ideal for a tanning session in full privacy . The house has 2 private parking spage at 500 meters or publical parking at 50 meter
