The old farmhouse, a typical example of rural architecture of the previous century, has recently been scrupulously renovated transforming it into a comfortable holiday home. Its position, at the top of a hill covered by olive trees and overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is incomparable. It is all that one could wish from a holiday home: the peace and tranquillity of the countryside together with the cool breeze from the lake below. The lake, the beaches and the water sports. On both sides of the house there are two large first floor terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and can be used for al fresco eating or as a sun terrace.
