Large private rear courtyard and a front balcony. This property is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome - the backyard is fully fenced. Also featured is a custom-built kennel, resizable to fit a small, medium or large breed.
Two under-cover BBQs are provided, with one being a Weber, for year-round outdoor cooking.
Also, NBN, WiFi and Netflix (on a Chromecast-compatible TV) are available at the property.
Outdoor fire pit with kindling and wood provided (only available May-Oct).
Loungeroom flame effect electric heater for lovely ambience during the winter months!
Aldi Expressi coffee pod & milk frother. Small number of complimentary pods provided. First Aid Kit is also provided.

Fully fenced backyard to a min height of ~1.4m. Doggy door to backyard is 375x635mm. Adjustable kennel with 3 internal sizes and door size of 260x475mm. Floating floorboards throughout (easy to clean up accidents!). Pls cover couches with BYO rug if you bring dog inside.
Dog walks:
Dogs can be walked on leads between #1 and #5 beaches (incl #2, #3 & #4) from 1st Apr - 30th Nov. From 1st Dec - 31st Mar, dogs on leads are only allowed before 9am, or after 6pm.

There is a nice short walk to the VB jetty from the house.
For longer walks you can drive to the end of Doyles Rd and walk your dog off-lead along the Inlet beach.
Or drive towards Tarwin Lower and walk along the bike track that follows the river from where 1st estate starts, to Tarwin Lower and back.
