Spend your vacations or become the owner of your own mobile home in one of France's most beautiful residential campsites. The campsite is open all year round: live car-free in an unspoilt natural setting just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland. We offer top-of-the-range services: luxury mobile homes, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, quality restaurant, free WIFI Internet access, etc.PresentationWe prefer to offer peace and quiet in a natural setting under more than 300 hundred-year-old pine trees. The estate is limited to 155 pitches, accommodating only Louisiane mobile homes, all with wooden terraces.
We have integrated the campsite into its environment, respecting the beauty and calm of the pine forest and its "little inhabitants". If you keep a low profile, you'll be able to watch squirrels jumping from branch to branch, goshawks drinking from the pool's overhanging wall, and hear the call of the little owl at night, which transgresses the peace and quiet of the estate.
The 155 mobile homes are privately owned, with around 60 for rent. Management is exclusive to the campsite, to guarantee you a unique quality of service.
From July to August, traffic is strictly prohibited in the residential driveways. From September to June, traffic is only allowed up to the mobile home for unloading and reloading luggage. Carts are available at 4 points for shopping or heavy bags. On Saturdays, electric carts are available for dropping off luggage at the mobile home, as well as on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
There is no entertainment on the campsite. Only the restaurant organizes themed evenings with a live band in July and August.
All around is vineyards and garrigue. The first village, Castelnau de Guers, is 2km from the campsite. A footpath is signposted from the outdoor parking lot. The road below is a little-used departmental road that will take you in the direction of Marseillan-Plage, 17km away, the nearest beach. In the opposite direction, you'll discover the historic town of Pézenas, where every Wednesday and Friday in July and August, the old town comes alive with stalls.

At the heart of the estate, the club house welcomes you with its magnificent restaurant and bar. Free wifi access is available on the terrace of the l'Orangerie restaurant.
L\'espace aquatique features a 240m² south-facing pool that perfectly follows the curves of the land. A second pool is heated, with a SPA and paddling pool for everyone's comfort.
