In the evening, sit around your fire pit and make s'mores!The property offers direct access to the Guadalupe River, where you can soak your feet, go tubing, or do some fly-fishing. The back patio is perfect outdoor games (we provide corn hole) and you can also relax on your private balcony with a cup of coffee while watching the cranes swoop over the water.Water Haus LITE is conveniently located between the 3rd and 4th Crossing on the Guadalupe River, offering a less crowded but still enjoyable tubing and swimming experience. Downtown New Braunfels and Gruene are a short drive where you can explore fine dining, entertainment, and fun activities. Canyon Lake is just a few miles away, offering opportunities for boating and nature walks (check out Overlook Park!)For larger groups or special occasions, we have additional riverfront homes available on site, accommodating up to a total of 48 guests.
