XXL villa close to the sea, Mielno
A modern and tastefully decorated XXL house. The owner has a flat in the smaller part of the house (separate entrance), and the rest of the house is at guests' disposal. Perfect location, just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy seaside beach, surrounded by a forest. It is a rather quiet neighborhood, the outskirts of the Mielno resort. You can count on a relaxing holiday here.
The fenced property (1000 m²) is at the common disposal of the guests and the owner, although the owner of the property tries not to enter part of the guest area unnecessarily.
The comfortable villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a very spacious room that serves as a kitchen (very well equipped), a dining room for the whole group and a living room where you can relax by the fireplace together (wood included), watching TV or playing board games. From this room there is a direct exit to the large terrace. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms (each with a separate TV), 3 bathrooms with showers and a recreational space, which can be called a rest room or a playroom. In addition, there is also an attic with 1 bedroom and another bathroom with a shower.
In total, there are therefore as many as 6 bedrooms (each with a TV) and as many as 5 bathrooms.
The house has central heating and can be used and rented all year round. In addition, some rooms have comfortable underfloor heating (all bathrooms and a living room with dining area and kitchen on the ground floor).

The beautiful, seaside beach from the resort is only 100 m away. The center of Mielno is approx. 1.2 km away. There you can find many recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes. There are also several shops and bars in the vicinity of the holiday village.
In the vicinity of the center there is the international bicycle route R-10, which you can easily and conveniently reach by bicycle to other neighboring coastal towns: Mielenko, Chlopy (a small, historic fishing village), Lazy, Sarbinowo, Gaski.
500 km from the center there is Jamno Lake with a marina, water equipment rental (pedal boats, kayaks, rowing boats). There are also fishing spots here. It may not be a particularly attractive reservoir for lovers of swimming, but an ideal place for water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing - rental and school) and for anglers.
Inland, the city of Koszalin awaits you (twelve kilometers, which can also be covered by a comfortable bicycle path). Regardless of whether you are interested in culture or nature, going for long shopping or simply out of curiosity, this second largest city in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship has a lot to offer: the forest complex around Gollenberg (Chełmska Mountain), the tourist route of the old cities, medieval city walls, castle church and many other monuments. In addition, there is also a very large aquapark. There are several shopping centers in Koszalin.
