Each room is fully furnished and well-equipped, and your booking includes private access to the room(s) you choose. All bedding is of high quality, and 100% cotton linen is provided to ensure a restful sleep.
There are two shared bathrooms, available to all guests staying in the four rooms. One bathroom, located on the first floor, includes a bath, toilet, and sink, while the second bathroom, on the ground floor, features an electric walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared spaces, and we kindly ask all guests to maintain cleanliness and respect for others, as it is a shared environment.
Self-check-in is available for added convenience, with the key stored in a key safe at the property.
The location is fantastic, with several shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A large retail park is also nearby, and a bus stop across the road provides direct routes to Edinburgh's city centre, with buses passing approximately every 15 minutes.
