This is a unique contemporary villa located in the exclusive area of Nueva Andalucía, only a 5-minute drive from Puerto Banus, beautiful beaches and great restaurants.
This newly renovated villa is built to the highest standard perfectly combining a modern design with Andalucian features. When entering this remarkable villa the modern architecture harmonious floats together with the 400-year-old Olive tree left in peace outside the glass construction. You instantly feel at ease while exploring the rest of this beautiful house. Straight ahead the open plan living area presents itself, where you find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area fitting six and a separate dining area fitting eight people. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and recreational area is one level down, with beautiful natural light coming in from the full-size windows facing the garden and pool area, creating a smooth transition between indoor and out life.
Outside you have a spacious garden with palm trees, a large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The barbecue area is ideal for entertaining and dining under the stars, while the partly covered terrace and lounge seating offer a cosy feel.
