Ahh, beachfront. Veranda Beach vacations don`t come any better than a beachfront cottage, and this 4 bedroom riva cottage provides plenty of space for you to enjoy a holiday with family and friends. Remember to pack sunscreen, beach towels, and a good book! Bedding Configuration: King, 2 Queens, 2 sets of Bunks and Queen sofa sleeper. Max Occupancy 12 Overview: Beautiful sandy beach, Warm Lake, Full Amenities, Family Friendly environment enhancing social interaction among residents. Activities and Movies on the green in July and August. Onsite Marina with slip rentals and boat launch. Guest Access: Keycard access to Cottage, Gym, Activity Center, Pool & Hot tub. Volley Ball Court, Playground, Fire pit, Shuffle Board, Bocce Court Getting Around: Once arrived and unloaded, vehicles are parked in designated areas allowing children to ride bikes and scooters on the streets. Everything in the resort is a 5-7 minute walk depending on location. House Rules: Our Cottages are cared and loved for by our owners and they would appreciate you leaving the Cottage in the same general condition as you found it. Please follow our departure check list to ensure the Cottage is left in satisfactory condition and avoid loss of your security deposit. Our housekeeping team will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the Cottage. Additional housekeeping charges will be applied if there is a need for excessive cleaning. Smoking Policy: Veranda Beach has a strict no smoking policy. No smoking is permitted in Cottages, doing so will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Once arrived please check into the Administration Building for key cards and parking passes. You will then be escorted by our houseman to your cottage.
