A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, with a small sitting area on the landing, are three bright bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two with twin single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A 100 m² courtyard and parking in front of the house provide parking for two cars in an adjoining shed. A pellet stove is available. A folding bed and high chair are available upon request. A tennis court and children's playground are available right next to the cottage. Horses can be kept in the pasture.
