The gîte is ideally located for visiting the many attractions of the Périgord Noir region, including castles, villages (some of which are listed as 'France's most beautiful villages') and gardens. Hiking trails on site and a cycle path between Sarlat and Souillac, for the more sporty.
This rental is part of a group of 4 restored houses set around a shady park on the edge of the village, in the Dordogne Valley, 1 km from the river. Sofie's house is separated by a hedge that defines a private enclosed space, so it's not overlooked. Unenclosed communal area of 2500 m² with table tennis.
