Sundestin Unit 1016 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private tenth-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps four and offers a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a king bed in the main bedroom. Prepare family meals with the fully stocked kitchen offering full-size appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The main bathroom is a Jack and Jill style bath and a half with a shower/ tub combo accessible from the hallway and the main bedroom. Please take in the sunsets and cool breezes and stay at Sundestin Unit #1016.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2024.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
