Positive: The owners are really nice and accommodating, and the property is also pretty cool. There were monkeys living in the trees within the property!
Negative: Our room had an open-air bathroom, which we didn’t know. It looks nice but there are A TON of insects (it’s Costa Rica), and the shower is not covered (you might need to shower under the rain). So if that’s a problem for you, you should book one of the rooms with regular bathrooms. Also, the restaurant was closed for the whole month, which we didn’t know either and was kind of a bummer.
Summary: Nice place, but a lot of insects.
