For Families: Baby equipment is not provided however, you may bring your own. Please be aware this property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to the steep steps in and outside of the property.
Outside: Multi-tiered garden at the rear of the property with spectacular sea views. There is a Summer House at the top of the garden with a barbeque, garden sofa and table, umbrella. Please be aware the steps in the garden are steep.
Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in the Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
General: Wifi Provided. Heating and electricity included. No Smoking. No Pets. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes: No Smoking. No Pets. Guests are welcome to bring their own baby equipment, it is not provided. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10. WiFi Provided. Mobile Phone Signal is strong.
Short Breaks - Short Breaks accepted throughout the whole year - minimum of 3 nights.
