The house is located on a plot that extends to the sea and has a terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy nature. Inside the house you can expect a modern and cozy interior and atmosphere with all amenities.
In the surroundings of the house there is a lot to see and experience. The coast is considered one of the most beautiful in Skåne. On one side is Åhus with a fantastic beach and on the other side is the Blekinge archipelago. In addition, you will find good conditions for pike fishing. Kjugekull is one of several beautiful nature reserves in the area and offers hiking trails and a beautiful view of Lake Ivösjön. Nice shopping and cozy restaurants can be found in Kristianstad and Åhus, among other places. For those who want to play golf, there are several golf courses in the area.
The cottage can advantageously be rented together with S11715, which is 100 meters away. If necessary, there is the possibility to book a crib. If you want to use the boat, contact the house owner.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 250.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
