Or simply stay there to enjoy an exceptional protected park of 25 hectares, with lakes, ducks, pines, reeds, etc ... and all the activities of the domain (tennis, skatepark, tree climbing, swimming pool, etc ...) . Discover the famous Mediterranean Park to travel the Cape Negro, on foot or by renting a kayak, paddle, or boat with or without a license!
To summarize: leave your car on our free parking and do not touch it any longer during your stay!
It is a small paradise comprising a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a kitchen open to living room equipped with sofa rapido, overlooking the terrace of 5.5m2 with barbecue / plancha, in front of the sea and the pine forest .
A 2 or 4, you will feel relaxed and comfortable because everything has been designed to be warm and functional.
Fully equipped with contemporary american kitchen washing machine dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge, vacuum cleaner dyson, TV, Internet, Chromecast, bose wireless speaker, etc ... 1 bedroom double bed with large closet, board and iron + living room with sofa bed rapido defeated in 2 seconds! bathroom with small closet, towels, bath shower, hair dryer.
The linen is not provided but you can rent the sheets on request (20 € / parure).
On arrival you will find a welcome kit as a gift (tea, coffee, toilet paper, mini bath shower, shampoo & soap).
On site, we also provide you with an umbrella cot and a booster seat.
Put down the car and do not take it back during your stay:
All seafront shops in 1 minute, on the lovely little port of La Coudoulière, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco, bars, etc ... The 2 beautiful beaches are in front, and direct access to the beautiful cape Negro with its clear waters.
It is a wonderful experience, and if you come you will have only one desire: come back !!!
The layout is very functional with a beautiful decor and in an idyllic setting! You will love having an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea, the sound of cicadas, turtledoves and seagulls.
Free parking (one place in front of the entrance).
And your guests can also easily park in the area, at the park entrance.
The departure will be organized between 9:00 and 11:00 to know all your impressions of your stay and establish the state of departure and delivery of keys.
Accessible to people with motor difficulties: 4th floor with elevator.
Some activities in the area are free and others pay.
Free: Skatepark, bowling green, playground for children.
Paying activities: 1 entry is valid for all day and all activities! Olympic swimming pool with restaurant and paddling pool, mini golf, tennis, table tennis, football and volleyball courts.
Children under 6 = free
Child up to 12 years, 7 admissions: 18 € (or 3 € per unit)
Adult, 7 admissions: 30 € (or single 5 €)

Arrive by the sea, from the Brusc or Sanary: when you arrive at the sign of the Mediterranean Park, at the traffic light turn left if you arrive from Sanary, or right if you arrive from Brusc, towards the fire station . At 200m, in front of the barracks on the right after the traffic light, you will see the sign "Domaine de la Coudoulière": turn and stand in front of the barrier which opens itself. Continue straight on about 200, and at the sign "Hameau Le Verdon" and "Vacanciel", turn left, then right: you arrive at the car park: go to the bottom of the car park and look for the place 239 / B130.
