You will have a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, four bedrooms, a shower room as well as a beautiful outdoor space with a large garden, a beautiful terrace and an above-ground pool to relax after a good day of sightseeing!

The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed (120x190) and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a wood stove as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and household products.
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: south facing with a double bed (140×190) and direct access to the garden.
- Bedroom 2: south-facing with a double bed (140×190) and direct access to the garden.
- Bedroom 3: north facing with a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: west facing with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with an Italian shower and a double basin.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A large, unenclosed garden with trees surrounds the house and extends behind it over 4000 m².
- A beautiful corner terrace of 100 m²: one part is exposed to the east, the other part is exposed to the south and is equipped with a shade sail. It has sunbeds, a parasol, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun facing the splendid landscapes of the Green Provence!
- An above ground swimming pool (5x4x1,20) equipped with a retractable ladder. The pool is not heated but the water temperature reaches 28° in the middle of summer. Available only in July and August

The accommodation is located in a peaceful green setting. You will find all the necessary amenities in the village of La Verdière: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, bar-tabac, fast-food restaurant and inn. A medium-sized store with a petrol station is located less than 15 km from the village in the commune of Ginasservis. Finally, you will find in Vinon-sur-Verdon and Manosque all the big shops as well as a big market on Sunday morning (Vinon sur Verdon).

- A car park allowing you to park up to 5 vehicles of all sizes is available within the property.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean condition, clean appliances and remove bed linen from the bedding and store in the laundry room.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Dried vine shoots and charcoal are provided to light the barbecue.
- A welcome tray is available on request, at a cost of 5 €/person. Please specify this when booking.
