The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with TV and a sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a central island serving as a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A dining room in the solarium
- Bedroom 1 : a king size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2 upstairs: a double bed (140×200) and a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside :
- A 5mx10m swimming pool (private, not heated) open from May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions)
- A beautiful garden of 4 000 m².
- A terrace overlooking a vineyard without opposite with various furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan.
The house is ideally located 1 km from Besse-sur-Issole, a small Provencal village, in a very pleasant environment. Numerous shops available in Besse (bakery, butcher's shop, newsstand, tobacco shop, restaurants, wine sales, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, etc).

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

Nearest airport: Marseille (about 1 hour)
Train station : Aix en Provence TGV (about 50mn) & Marseille St Charles (about 1h10)
Bus station : Brignoles (about 20mn)
