This house is located between Périgueux, a city classified as a 'City of Art and History' at 30 km, Bergerac in the heart of the vineyards at 28 km and Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage at 55 km. A footpath passes right in front of the cottage to allow you to take beautiful walks with family or friends. Dordogne Valley (Castles, villages ...) and Vézère Valley (Prehistoric sites, International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac at 50 km, Les Eyzies de Tayac at 35 km ...).
From the covered terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the unfenced garden of 4000m² and a closed courtyard of 200m². At your disposal, you will have garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a children's swing (swings and slide). A garden shed is at your disposal
