Positive: The view was amazing!!! The check in was super easy as very pleasant lady named Rosa waited for us and showed the apartment, gave us the keys. She was helpful and answered our questions promptly. The area and the apartment building were very good, working lifts to 11th floor. The air-conditioning was a real saver in the hot weather. Beautiful pebble (not sand) beach on the doorstep. The beach and sea were clean. We all loved it. Clean area, felt really safe in general, not too noisy. Quite a few restaurants to choose from and literally on the same street few minutes walk from apartment. Few little shops nearby that has everything you may need, from toiletries, beach equipment, medicine or food. Few interesting places to visit in the area and neighbouring towns.
Negative: The downside was, that there were no toiletries as advertised (there was only soap for hands). We didn't pack our toiletries because we expected to find some at the property as advertised. We panicked a little and had to buy from the shop nearby, good thing it was open at the time. It would be nice if there was a shower gel and a basic shampoo in case customers need it and the shops are closed. I would also say, maybe the blankets on the furniture in the living room could be updated, the room would look cleaner and tidier. The top bunk bed in the children's room didn't have safety railing, so one child had to sleep in the living room for safety. There were very tiny ants in the kitchen, so had to make sure no food was left on the worktops. I believe it is a widespread problem in the area in general. I wasn't worried about it too much, just had to be careful not to leave food accessible. Parking is a problem as there is only paid street parking, or underground carpark nearby. We parked on little streets away from our main road.
