BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS

This impressive 3300-square-foot, two-story residence features five private bedrooms, making it suitable for large gatherings of friends, family, or business retreats. Four bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, while one resides on the upper floor.

The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet, ensuring you feel right at home. This room also grants access to the front and back patios and includes an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower.

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and its own patio. The third king bedroom features private patio access as well. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a walk-in closet, sharing a full bathroom located down the hallway.

Ascend to the second floor where you'll find a king-size bed in the fifth bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, a laptop-friendly workstation, and a 55” TV. This room also includes a twin-size daybed and twin-size futon to accommodate extra guests.

Adjacent to the main house, the beautifully appointed Casita provides additional sleeping arrangements, featuring a twin/twin daybed, full bath, TV, and dedicated workspace, conveniently located near the pool and club house.

All four bright bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries, allowing you to travel light.

Free parking is available in the driveway. The home is wheelchair-accessible, featuring a bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom. We welcome pets, so please review our pet policy in the house rules. You’ll have access to the entire house, excluding a locked owner's closet.
