This villa located on the rocks and with direct access to the sea was renovated in 2018 and has 4 double rooms for a capacity of 8 people and 2 bathrooms distributed over two floors. The house also has satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living-dining room, with incredible sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool, an interior patio and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. From the dining room we access a small passageway where we find a bathroom with shower, a double room with two single beds and sea views, and another double room with a double bed, direct access to the terrace and spectacular views of the sea.
On the second floor we find the other two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has a terrace, a double bed and spectacular views. The other room has two single beds and views of the sea.
From the dining room on the ground floor we access the covered terrace where there is a large dining table and spectacular views of the beach of Cala Marçal and the sea. Next to the porch is the pool, also with spectacular views and equipped with their corresponding hammocks. The outside area of the house is surrounded by grass and native trees such as tamarind trees and has several beautiful places to relax, sunbathe or read in the shade always contemplating the beauty of the sea.
