You are due a vacation this year and we can’t think of a better place to vacation than this modern classic Hatteras bungalow. With custom wainscoting, shiplap ceilings, upscale countertops and tile backsplashes, this home is straight out of Coastal Living magazine. As you pull into the driveway, you are greeted by a covered front porch with craftsman detailing. The elevator does the heavy lifting for you so you can start your vacation off right at your private swimming pool with inset kiddie pool and swim-up ledge. Soak in some sun in the outdoor lounges or hang at the poolside Tiki bar for cool beverages and snack buffets.
There could be no bluer views than from the decks of this home as you relax in Adirondack chairs with a favorite novel. Water surrounds you at DUE EAST with the Pamlico Sound on two sides and a marina on another. As you enter the home through the foyer, two king master bedrooms are on either side, each with master baths with custom tile. Two more master bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 2 single beds and the other a king master suite with french doors leading to your private porch overlooking the pool.
The great room on the first level envelopes you in professionally decorated southern charm. The kitchen is appointed with top of the line GE stainless steel appliances including french door refrigerator, microwave drawer and gourmet gas range. Meals couldn't be more enjoyable to create in this bright space. The dining area is near the kitchen where you can dine together at the large table. Sink into the comfortable sofa in front of the Smart home theater system after your meal and revel in the day's activity. Head your car DUE EAST towards Hatteras Island for a relaxing vacation.
