Positive: The location was excellent, right at the beach, and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and a great alternative to the beach. There were plenty of towels on hand (in the apartment). The apartment itself was roomy enough for a family of 5 (parents and 3 grown children) and there was sufficient storage space for clothes, etc. The concierge (Gregory) is friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. Wifi worked well.

Negative: Unfortunately the kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is a dishwasher, but we could not get it to work - despite the concierge´s best efforts. Parts missing from the salad spinner, part of a broken can opener (and no functioning one), no cutting board, only one large knife (that comes apart in your hands) and only 3 mugs - these are things we noticed needing rectification. In general the Residence is in need of renovation, the building looks quite rundown. Quite expensive considering its condition.
