Accommodation comprises a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area, separate sitting room, four bedrooms, three doubles - two of which are ensuite (one on ground floor), and one twin bedroom with two single beds, outside is a fully enclosed garden, large patio area with garden furniture and a paved driveway.
Lough Conn which boasts wonderful trout fishing is just a short drive away, as is the River Moy in Ballina one of the most productive Salmon fishing rivers in Europe with recorded catches of 5,000 salmon on rod and line in a single season.
