Seas the Day boasts two primary bedrooms, one on the main floor and another on the third level with a private balcony! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and create lasting beach memories.

Beach access: Just a 1 minute drive to Sea Isle beach access point.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

Parking: We can accommodate parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

This haven boasts a king-sized bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a private balcony with stunning canal views – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across the home, everyone will find their own space to relax and unwind.
But the fun doesn't stop there! Located downstairs is your very own private tiki bar – the perfect place to unwind with refreshing drinks after a day of adventure. French doors lead out to the expansive sunbathing deck, where you can soak up the Texas sunshine and enjoy the calming views of the canal. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax and soak up the vacation vibes at Seas the Day!

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
