Positive: The staff were perfect. They did all they could to help me with my questions, despite the language barrier. Not a single sign of neglect or boredom, on the contrary, pure and visible enthusiasm to host sincerely, kindly and professionally. The location is beautiful. Parking your car is quite easy and there are vast walking areas in every direction (I was staying with my dog). The dam next to the hotel is a fantastic attraction. It's quiet and well maintained. The breakfast was just decent. Restaurant's menu is rich and the food they serve is absolutely delicious. A special thank to the chef! Also, heartfelt thanks to the entire staff. My room was clean, well heated, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and of decent size. The shower gel and the hand soap had beautiful scent.
Negative: I rated 9 out of ten because the sound isolation of my room (#9) was insufficient. All conversations by other guests in the reception area were clearly audible inside.
