Your stay at our delightful townhome in Travis Heights offers an inviting atmosphere with a walkable layout, situated conveniently between South Congress (SoCo) and I-35. The neighborhood has seen the loving restoration of historic properties and boasts a thriving dining scene along nearby South Congress, enhancing its vibrant character.
Unwind in this comfortable 750 sq. ft. space, designed with contemporary furnishings and snug bedding, seamlessly blending modern conveniences with cherished retro touches like a classic bathroom sink and vintage gas stove. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two cozy twin beds, and there is an air mattress available upon request to accommodate up to five guests.
Step outside to relax on the welcoming front porch or enjoy the expansive lawn, and don't forget to explore the shared backyard for additional relaxation options. Your four-legged companions will also feel right at home, as we allow up to two dogs with a combined weight limit of 60 lbs; please inform us during booking for authorization (cats and puppies are not allowed).

Daily housekeeping isn't available, but if you'd like a mid-stay clean, we can arrange this for a fee—please give us advance notice. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon confirmation of booking, and a security deposit may be collected prior to or upon arrival, depending on the booking platform used. This amount is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded post check-out, as long as all conditions are met.
