The Space: After parking in our complimentary lot (one spot per villa), take a short 4-minute stroll to the docks of Port City Marina, where you will find yourself at The Cove, Riverwalk Villas. Equipped with secure dock ties along with access to electricity and water, your stay promises a unique combination of adventure, luxury, and relaxation.

Upon entering your villa, you'll be greeted by an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that may inspire thoughts of inviting more friends along on your next visit.

Cooking & Eating: Enjoy meals at the dining table that accommodates four, while additional seating options are available at the island. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary tools to prepare an exceptional meal, making it even suitable for hosting a Thanksgiving feast. Complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar are included, along with a drip coffee maker for your convenience.

Coastal rain showers can be unexpected, so packing an umbrella or rain jacket is advisable.

If you require additional parking, consider using the Wilmington Convention Center parking garage next door; daily rates depend on seasonal events.
