Parking notes: There is one assigned parking space in the garage. All other vehicles must park in the exterior lot. Parking permits are not required. Please do not block trash enclosure, snow storage, or walkways. The height in the garage is 6'10'. Watch out if you have a large vehicle with rooftop rack! Please park only in your assigned spot. Parking anywhere else may cause your vehicle to be booted. The garage door will close automatically. Proceed into the garage only one vehicle at a time. When you depart, the vehicle weight near the door opens the garage door automatically. Extra parking is available in the front of the building.
The garage door opener is located on the console table in the living room as you enter the home. Please return to this location upon departure. Please be aware that a $100.00 fine will be charged if the garage remote is lost or not returned. If you forget to leave the garage door opener. Please contact Vacasa. You can mail it back to us to avoid the $100 charge. . Parking permits are not required to park in the garage.
