Summary: Positives first. The food was really good and fresh with changing options each night. Soecial mention for the grilled fish and meat. Room was good and comfortable. Big negative was the attitude of staff. Most never smile and when we got all inc drinks at the bar it was as if they had to pay for it themselves. I saw the manager loudly dress someone down at tea in a packed room. No matter the situation you take people aside privately and discuss. Entertainment was really poor. We had a split stay and the 3* we also stayed a week for was superior in every way. A real shame as we thought this would be a gem of a place.
