Summary: The room was fine. The staff was a single person and I was standing at the desk for a while before the girl came out to check me in. I understand that there are other issues going on but I should not have to stand around like an ass and be made to feel worse because of staffing issues. the hotel protects its assets and issues, collects a deposit at the desk without fail but the hotel does not consider the guest. I am after all, the pain in the fanny they grow off.
