Positive: The most important aspect of your vacation home should be the location. And this house is perfectly situated to explore all of Snæfellsnes Peninsula. We spend 3 nights here and used the time to cover different parts of the peninsula. We found far lesser crowds than the South Coast and had many places just to ourselves. Truly got the "remote" Iceland feel. The house itself is really beautiful. Beds really comfy (even the fold out sofa!). We were four of us (two adults, two kids) and had a comfortable stay. The mini kitchen was quite well equipped and really useful (utensils, hot plates, sink, mini-fridge). House is very modern (loved the rain shower), and was squeaky clean. Nice patio with seating to relax outside with a terrific view.
