West of the unit, you'll find the south jetty and observation tower. A meandering paved shore walk at the base of the tower goes about 1.4 miles down to the Grays Harbor Lighthouse along Half Moon Bay, as well as the outer seawall walk. The museum and aquarium are also within walking distance, and Westhaven State Park is less than a mile away. Antiquing, bird watching, boogie boarding, clamming, and crabbing are popular activities in the area.
Head back home after a day of exploring to enjoy the fireplace and flatscreen TV with cable and Netflix streaming, or use the WiFi to stay connected.
