From the main entrance you will arrive at the open living space that includes a dining area with seating for four, very large kitchen with ocean view and breakfast bar and main sitting area. The sunken sitting area is just a few steps down from the main entry level, creating the unobstructed ocean view from rear to front of the unit. The living area is comfortably furnished with built-in section sofa and is cooled with a large and quiet operating mini-split air conditioner. Glass doors off the sunken sitting area take you to the ocean side terrace that is well furnished for enjoying the view and breezes. This is a perfect spot to take it all in during the early morning and evening hours.
