If you're seeking a local community vibe, the quaint neighborhood of Meyers—offering grocery stores and eateries—is just a short 10-minute drive away. For skiing enthusiasts, Sierra At Tahoe is approximately 25-30 minutes away, depending on road conditions and traffic.
This spacious log home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with the following sleeping arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with deck access and an en-suite full private bath

Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. When planning your winter visit to Tahoe, it's important to be ready for winter driving conditions, potential road closures, and delays in snow removal. While our dedicated snow removal team works diligently every day, we cannot control the timing of county road plowing. Acoma Circle is categorized as a non-primary plow road, so patience may be required during heavy snowfall.
We recommend using a 4WD vehicle or chains for optimal travel safety. Guests with low-profile vehicles may encounter difficulties navigating the roads during winter months. Power outages can occur during adverse weather events such as snow, rain, and wind; while lanterns are provided, please ensure you have necessary supplies.
Be aware that the property has an El Dorado County Vacation Rental Permit (#073722) and TOT #64151. Maximum occupancy is capped at eight individuals (children under five do not count towards this limit). Occupancy regulations must always be adhered to, and a maximum of four vehicles is permitted on site.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the hot tub is also restricted during these times. We ask that all guests respect local ordinances concerning noise levels and occupancy limits. A signed rental agreement is mandatory for every booking, and the individual signing must be at least 25 years old and present at the property throughout the stay. Additionally, exterior cameras have been installed to monitor for bears and pets, which are not permitted on the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
