- NOTE: The cabin's heating source comes from a wood-burning fireplace, electric baseboard heating in the living room, an electric wall heater in the kitchen and bathroom, and 2 1500 watt floor heaters upstairs
- NOTE: The picnic table is no longer available
- NOTE: 6 guests can sleep comfortably in the bedrooms and 1 guest can sleep comfortably on the cot, bringing the maximum occupancy to a total of 7
- NOTE: The property requires stairs to access
- NOTE: No ATVs, 4-wheelers, side-by-side, motorcycles, etc. allowed off of the main entrance road
