Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the 800 sq ft Breeze Suite on the 2nd level of the Beach Cottage in Norfolk, VA.

The Space:
The Ocean View Beach Cottage Breeze Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, pet friendly suite just one block from the beautiful Oceanview Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay..
This suite sleeps 4 guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closet in each bedroom.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with 4 sets of bath towels, 4 sets of beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware. Four beach chairs are provided in this unit. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture.
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.
Guests will have use of the public beach access (only one block from the apartment).
The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.
Getting Around:
Guests are given one parking spot on the parking lot for their suite. All additional vehicles will need to park on the street (free and open parking, but host is not responsible for issues caused by street parking).
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours begin at 11pm (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
Check-out Instructions
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them.
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
