The Space:
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other one with three twin beds. It is located on a second floor and guests need to use the stairs to access the apartment.
There is only one bathroom.
Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.
Getting Around:
Uber/ Lyft
If you like to walk, the Pearl is only 15 minutes away walking or 2 minutes by car.
Parking on our premises can be done in front of the street or at the back of the building.

> Minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old
> Security Deposit: $250
> Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled.
> Kindly note that in addition to providing a valid ID and a picture of the last four digits of your credit card, you will also be required to submit a selfie.
