This home on stilts is located in the quiet subdivision of La Playa. This wonderful house has an ocean view from the back upstairs deck with outdoor seating, which has a sunny side and a shaded side, and a boardwalk to beach. Outside, downstairs is a picnic table and charcoal grill for entertaining and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. The large, open living room has a new large sleeper sofa, love seat, chair with ottoman, TV, cable and Wifi. The dining table has seating for 6 with a bench and 4 chairs, great for playing card games. There are 2 barstools at the bar adjoining the kitchen. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware and utensils for your cooking needs. In a closet off of the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are a split arrangement for privacy. The master bedroom (BR1) has King size bed, chair, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) has 2 Queen beds, a chair, dresser and access to the bathroom with a stand alone shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway for guests. Great for Winter vacation, located in a quiet, fun circle of homes.
