Newly redecorated! This amazing, whimsical 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom farm house located only 8 miles from downtown New Braunfels will take you away from all the noise of the city. Return to nature on this 1.27 acre, fully fenced, dog friendly property that sleeps 12 with 2 roll away twin cots. The screened in front porch with seating leads you into the comfy living/dining area with seating for 8. It is a great place to gather and watch TV or enjoy the free WiFi. Leading into the fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home, including a huge fridge and breakfast table with seating for 6. There are three bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a King size bed, huge closet, and a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a Queen size bed. There is a guest bathroom downstairs and an antique mud room, as well as a washer and dryer with ample pantry space. Upstairs has two bedrooms. The first with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, the second has a twin bunk bed. There are also 2 roll away Twin size beds. The upstairs guest bathroom is conveniently located between the 2 guests bedrooms. It has 3 sinks, a tub/shower combo, and a commode. There is a commercial grade refrigerator and deep freeze in the laundry room that you can use. There is also a crib available in the first bedroom. Outside you can enjoy grilling on the covered porch with basketball nets. There is another concrete court with a basketball net as well. Play some volleyball or horseshoes, or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of nature. Birds sing, deer frolic, and there are horses and ponies right next door. Only 15 minutes to the world famous Schlitterbahn! Tube the Comal River or enjoy charming downtown New Braunfels, where you can find dining, dancing, shopping, and all kinds of family fun! Peaceful, quiet escape for the whole family, large groups and gatherings. It is the perfect New Braunfels Escape! All that is missing is you!
The neighboring farm has horses, cows and ponies!! (might want to pick up some apples or carrots and make friends with the animals).
No smoking. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog, dogs must be under 40 pounds. Renter must be at least 25 years old and be staying on premise for the duration of the reservation. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 cars at the home. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor driveways/parking areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
