Whether you are in town for business, to shop or a relaxing getaway, this elegant apartment is where Southern hospitality delights with a fresh twist on tradition. Come and enjoy your stay at our place we guarantee that you will not regret it. Forgot any of your toiletries? Don't worry we've got the basics.

***This is a NON smoking community! No smoking ANYWHERE on property. Smokers violating the policy will be in breach of the house rules and immediately escorted off of the property and refunded in accordance to the policy.***
Please be kind and courteous when it comes to loud noise. Loud or disruptive behavior could jeopardize the experience of your neighbors and could result in a $500 fee.
While we want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy this vacation rental, this is not a place to host a party. Large groups, loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed. All animals come with an additional cleaning fee.
We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or stained during your stay, please report it right away. If a damaged item is found after you depart and has not been reported, you will be held responsible.

If you're in the mood for fine dining, I would highly recommend Sura Korean Bistro and Pappadeaux. Perfect for a classy lunch or dinner experience.
An attraction I would recommend is the Dallas Aquarium.

Our standard check in time is 4PM. Early arrivals can be arranged based on availability at an additional fee of $25 per hour not to exceed 1PM. If you require a check in time prior to 1 PM, we kindly ask that you book for the previous night.
Our standard check out time is 10AM . Late departures can be arranged based on availability at an additional fee of $25 per hour not to exceed 1PM. If you require a check out time beyond 1PM, we kindly ask that you book for the following night.

Street parking is free but limited. We offer one complimentary garage parking space for stays of 3 nights or more (if requested prior to 2PM on a weekday). If you would like free garage parking please notify your hosts 24 hours prior to your arrival. Any additional guests/vehicles must register and pay for guest parking or utilize street parking. ( if a reservation is made after 3PM on a Friday we will not be able to register your vehicle for complimentary parking.)
