Stay right in the heart of vibrant downtown in this two-story loft that comfortably accommodates 1-6 guests in an open floor plan with walls of windows. This home offers a stylish yet economical way to enjoy all that downtown Austin has to offer.
Sleeping: This spacious loft features two separate sleeping areas upstairs, each equipped with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom conveniently adjoins the upstairs sleeping areas. Additionally, a twin trundle bed is available on the entry level, and a twin air mattress can be provided for extra sleeping accommodations
Eating: Utilize the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances to prepare meals or stroll to some of Austin's finest restaurants. A dining area is available for both meetings and meals.
Pets: This loft is not pet-friendly. If you would like to bring a pet, we manage other lofts in the building that are pet-friendly. Please inquire, and we can assist you in finding the perfect loft for you and your furry companion. Additional pet fees and requirements apply.
Parking: Parking passes for the attached parking garage are available for an additional fee and are sold separately. Please inquire about rates.
