The whole house showcases a nautical theme with blue and gray accents. Hardwood floors and plantation shutters are found in every common room and the master bedroom giving the home an elevated feeling. Enter the main living area and enjoy the large windows showcasing the golf course right outside. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, granite counter tops, subway tile, stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the screened porch or the deck that’s equipped with a gas grill and has steps leading to the back yard.
*Please note, garage and fireplace are not available for guest use.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. There is a camera on the front driveway/front porch.
No smoking and no pets allowed (no exceptions!).
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
