All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything.
The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! Anything in the apartment is yours to use.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is one space in the building’s parking garage included with your stay. We cannot provide parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity.
Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
The North Side is full of impressive architecture. If you love history, take a walk through the beautiful Mexican War Streets or check out the Victorian houses in Deutschtown. You're away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown city life but it's just across the bridge and would only take minutes. The Andy Warhol Museum and PNC Park are both just a quick 5 minute walk. Heinz Field is also close by. Take a walk through Three-Rivers Heritage Trail along the Allegheny River. You won't need to go far for anything you're looking to do in Pittsburgh.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of options available to you, no matter where you need to go in Pittsburgh. The city’s public transportation system, has buses and T Light-Rail system. Taxis and Uber are also incredibly popular in the area.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
