Wildflower Sunriver | House in Overlook Park, Oregon
Welcome to this charming mountain cabin with high vaulted ceilings ideally located in a peaceful, natural space in Sunriver, a quick walk to SHARC for pools and recreation and close to the bike paths and the Village for shops and restaurants. It has a peaceful and quiet setting looking out on a large wooded common area where you can often view wildlife. Bikes, sleds, movies, games, and a wood burning fireplace with firewood are just a few of the extras provided for you.
The dining room seats 8 around the oak table and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a holiday feast. (See photos.)
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, master with a new king Tempurpedic bed and cable TV, and the other a queen. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the hot tub deck. The second floor has a roomy King bedroom with a cozy reading corner. The third floor has two separate sleeping lofts, one with a full size bed and the other with three twins. Fluffy down duvets will keep you cozy. Two full baths are updated with tile and granite, main floor bath is accessible with walk-in shower and grab bars. Upstairs you will find a family room with comfortable furniture and a 46" HD TV with DVD player, games and movies. It's perfect for the kids or watching a movie or sports.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a blender, toaster, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee grinder, electric griddle, bar ware, cookware, bakeware and serving pieces. Spices and cooking oils are ready in the cabinets for your cooking convenience. A starter supply of paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, soap, kleenex are supplied.
Our guests love the large deck facing the tall trees common area with stainless steel gas grill, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and separate private deck with a private Jacuzzi spa.. The Jacuzzi seats 7 in luxurious comfort and has a waterfall and colored lights as well as an advanced clean water system, which uses very little chlorine (kind to your skin!). It's on a private deck with easy access from the downstairs bedrooms.
The kids (6 yrs and up) will love sleeping in the kids dorm loft accessed by a ladder-type stairway. (Note: the ladder is not safe for small children and may be difficult for older adults. There is a child gate to close it off.)
The location is the best: walk down Overlook Road and you're at the SHARC pool and recreation center in just two blocks, continue walking for five minutes and you're in the Sunriver Village with a variety of shops and restaurants. Walk down Overlook Road in the other direction and you'll be on the Meadows golf course in just three blocks, or on your way to the Marina, horse stables or Fort Rock Park. Ride one of the 6 included bikes to make the trips even quicker. Take the short cut to Mt. Bachelor to be on the slopes in about half an hour in the winter.
Fast wifi throughout the house. One security camera at front door facing outward.
Well mannered dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs). $20/each daily fee. Owners must pick up after their pet .Feeding bowls and a large dog bed are provided.
Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE SHARC PASSES. This allows us to keep our rates low for a quality house. Ask about discounted single day tickets.
